Check Windows Control Panel, Systems Icon, Hardware, Device Manager,
under Ports, find the USB adapter, right click, then Properties, Set for:
Bits per Second: 9600
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: None
Flow Control: None
Advanced: make sure it supports "Use FIFO buffers" requires 16550
UART, then set for fast on both sliders.
