John, wow, a 28ARS. I remember repairing those, and 15s, 19s, 33s when I worked for RCA Global Comm. A lifetime ago, it seems. I bet I could take one apart and reassemble it :-) On your (4), I wasn't aware of a PC implementation of P2 or P3.
