I can see what may be a PSK31 signal from time to time, but have been unable to decode anything. It is on 1807.5. I have been transmitting there with DEX11/FEC but no luck. I thought that I detected another DEX station earlier but no decode on that either. Was very weak. Now is 0303Z.
