Beware a heavily populated commercial radio site. If they have pagers or other digital hardware, the RF noise at HF can be terrible. I am a former owner of mountain top radio sites and have tried operating from my buildings and ended up moving at least 100 yds. from the building. Sites may not be all the same but on my sites you could not operate HF in the building.
