Hi Andy,

That "QSL" is coming from a pskmail server. That is the response to a client sending out a beacon, usually every 10 minutes or so. If you listen around 3 minutes after the hour it should beacon the callsign of the server.

I was parked on 10147 while typing some email and heard some very
short audio bursts, each time too quick for me to tune them in .
Eventually I locked in on it and tried PSK31 , then PSK63 but with no
luck. I then tried PSK125 in the middle of a short bust. Amid the
lower case garbage characters I suddenly decoded an upper case "QSL".
It might have been random but maybe I did decode them. Any idea who
is using short burst of PSK125. PSKMAIL perhaps ?
