Hi Andy,
That "QSL" is coming from a pskmail server. That is the response to a
client sending out a beacon, usually every 10 minutes or so. If you
listen around 3 minutes after the hour it should beacon the callsign
of the server.

is using short burst of PSK125. PSKMAIL perhaps ?
