I noticed 2 stations on 14100 kHz USB today at 1905-1915 UTC using voice scramblers.
Does anyone have a decoder for them? The scrambler type is the kind that is synchronized with some tones at beginning and end of the transmission, and it uses SSB with filtered changing audio frequency reference point speech inversion. The 14MHz propagation here in California was open to Mexico, Central and South America. Bonnie KQ6XA
