No WARC bands Power: Limited to 100 watts Exchange: Feld-Hell Club members send: RST, S/P/C, Feld-Hell club number Non-Members send: RST, S/P/C, age (YLs may use 00) QSO Points: Member = 3 points Non-member = 1 point Multiplier: State/Province/Country for all bands.
