I had mentioned that Ham Radio Deluxe/Digital Master 780 works with 2/250 although the speed is very slow and probably not practical for most of us at perhaps 10 wpm. Someone had mentioned that it was competitive with RTTY but I would have to say that it would not be close to the speed of 45 baud RTTY though likely much more robust.
Even though there are preset Olivia modes in the drop down menu in HRD/DM780, you can change the tones and bandwidth parameters in the boxes just below the displayed mode.
