I am reminded or Peter Martinez's original goal when he invented
PSK31, that it become a conversational mode.  Lately the use of macros
, even among hams that speak the same language, has reach interesting
heights.  I am not convinced that many hams actually read what is
coming back to them.  Take this example...

(K3UK's Winwarbler with DXKeeper or DM780 then automatically look up
KC2ZZZ's callbook info and inserts name and address in to a macro)

I have actually had NUMEROUS conversations like this this week,  I'm
OK with macros, I like 'em in fact, but lets read what the other guy
is sending before we use a canned response.
