Rui,Don't know if this is the cause but here is Australia the Queensland Police 
Service run ALE on 3.732 Mhz USB  as well as 7 other HF channels up to 10.295 
Mhz. TX output is only 100 watts into Bushcomm HF100 antennas.
Given the distance involved between yourself and VK4 I doubt if it's us causing 
the QRM but who knows.
