Isn't hand sent Morse Code a jittery PAM / PWM combo?

A computer can generate a less jittery code.

But machine reception is something else. PAM is the simplest, but the
worst to decode reliably digital modulation in the presence of noise and
interference, which are the rule at least on HF.
