Today I am simply scanning 14070, 14073, 14076, and 14107.5 in 5 second intervals (all VFO frequencies) . I am in no particular mode, but DO have RS ID detect active. If I hear your RS ID within 3 kHz of where I am scanning, I will receive an audible alert. Try calling CQ with RS ID enabled at the beginning of your CQ and see if I hear you while scanning.
