Thanks guys, It is not Olivia, even though it is similar. The tones have a distinct resonant tone, eqach tone starts as somewhat percussive but decays gradually over about 50ms. The sound can be imitated b thumping your cheek with a finger while making a resonant cavity with your mouth. The tones are similar to olivia except for the fast decay. The timing between tones is the same as in olivia, maybe 8 tones per second. I have heard this mode around 7040 USB and 3581 USB. Thank you for the help, this is more curiosity than anything else. I will make a recording the next time I hear it.
