I have loaded Fldigi 3.13AV. I am using an Icom IC-746Pro and have the filter set to 1K. The waterfall marker bounces around very little now. The only thing that I see is the frequency is set for 10147.000 and the QSO frequency say 3581.000. 73, Ron ny3j
