I have successfully configured an Icom 746Pro with Fldigi. If the program will not boot up properly, i.e. crashes after a few seconds, you can probably solve that problem by deleting your configuration file and starting all over again. This means you will have to set rig control and PTT options from scratch, but it will likely solve the crash issues. Delete the file called fldigi_def.xml. To find this file, with Fldigi open... FILE then SHOW CONFIG
