Danny, I use fldigi with a TS-2000 using the TS-570.xml file. The settings under Fldigi Configuration:Rig:RigCAT are:
Use RigCAT: checked Rig Description file: TS-570.xml Retries: 2 Retry Interval (ms): 50 Command Interval (ms): 5 RTS/CTS Flow Control: checked Device: COM9 Baud rate: 57600 Hope this helps.
