Hello to all! I'm working on a slow-scan TV modem, which will eventually become the heart of an SSTV repeater system. I'm up to the point where it will transmit and (almost) receive images in the Martin 1 mode, but I need a good source of information on the timings of various modes.
Specifically, I need to know the lengths, in milliseconds, of: * the sync pulse * the "back porch" * the red, green and blue sweeps (or the single sweep for grayscale modes) * the "front porch" There is a list of modes at www.tima.com/~djones/line.txt, but it only gives lines-per-minute information, nothing about sync. The modes I am primarily interested in are: * Robot 8- and 24-second grayscale * Robot 36- and 72-second color * Martin 1 and 2 * Scottie 1, 2 and DX * PD-240 Can anyone point me in the right direction? -Joe, N8FQ
