Will be interesting to compare this effort to the NUE-PSK, which takes a different appoach. They have a modem that plugs directly into a transceiver's Data port eliminating the need for PCs and soundcards, but they are now working on a "NUE-SDR" transceiver that either will fit as a card inside the little modem, or attach underneath it (not sure what their final design will be). This would eliminate both the PC and a separate transceiver.
