Title; *J2EE Developer with Vignette * Start: ASAP Duration: 8+ months Rate: DOE Location: Alpharetta, GA Required Skills & Desired Skills: · 5+ years of J2EE experience in technologies like: Java, Servlets, JSP,JDBC, JNDI, Web Services · development on Windows Server environment (Windows 2000 and above) · XML and XSL · operational experience with IIS (5 and above) · MS SQL Server or Oracle, including sound knowledge of SQL · 2+ years experience with .NET/C# development · Development experience using a Portal Server technology like Vignette Portal Server, Weblogic Portal Server, Websphere Portal Server, JBoss Portal Server. · developing JSR 168 compliant portlets integrating into back end systems · Knowledge of Vignette Content Management V7 and integrating it with the Vignette Portal · Experience integrating the Vignette Portal · Experience with Web Services · Experience with WebLogic Server 8.1 and above · Operating knowledge of search engines - preferably Google<http://www.google.com/>and/or Autonomy · Operating knowledge of LDAP, and Windows 2003 Server · Experience in web analytics tool such as Webtrends · Knowledge around configuration management using tools such as CVS Key Role: A candidate for this role should have experience with at least 2 full software development life-cycles. This person will work in a collaborative team environment along with other technical team members developing and supporting applications. This person will work extensively with other internal business units, and will mentor existing associates.
