Works with the team to arrive at the Logical Design Analyze systems configuration and components, data models, data dictionary, inbound and outbound interfaces, data profiling and quality, securing various PHI related information This will involve working with many service teams to determine best design taking into account cost, timeframe, quality, resource constraints, maintenance, ease of use etc. Provides in-depth consulting to management and staff at the highest level in the identification and resolution of major data-related problems or difficulties. Evaluates and selects tools in conjunction with project team *Proven experience and minimum of 10+ years of information technology experience related to Solution and designing of business processes Strong analytical & critical thinking, writing, consulting skills, and ability to work within a team. Demonstrated excellence in breadth of technical knowledge required to work in various mainframe and client server programming environments Understanding of Project life cycle.
