Need a candidate who can architect, design and follow through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. Strong experience with N-tier experience. Look into performance, scalability and modularity of the design. Need to have good expertise in HEDIS/ JOINT COMMISSION Someone who has experience with Cognos SDK Development (particularly in developing portals by using Cognos SDK) Person who has dealt with delivering large portals and doing drill down metrics and dashboard. Process re-engineering, Process Map AS-IS to TO-BE process. Follow DMAIC process follows through Kaizen to Lean process improvement to Six Sigma.
