Contract Duration: 1 year Rate : DOE *Minimum Requirements:* *8+ years of testing, particularly with real-time telecom systems - a must* *Testing/working knowledge and practical use of telecomm protocols, such as, Diameter, SIP, ETSI CORE INAP, CAMEL, IS41 (WIN), IS826, IS771, CDMA, and GSM* *Working knowledge of TCAP and SS7* Knowledge of Telecom services such as pre-paid or post-paid Good communication skills (speaking and writing) Must be proficient in UNIX Proactive personality, self starter Description: *Detailed Job Description:* This statement of work is for Software Quality Assurance Engineer on the Telcordia Network Element - Converged Application Server (CVAS).
