Title : *Peoplesoft HRMS Developer with Talent Acquisition Module (TAM)*



Location: Willmington, DE

Duration: Long term.



*LOCAL CANDIDATES AS F2F IS MANDATORY*

The primary responsibility of this person is supporting our Peoplesoft HRMS
package. In addition, the ideal candidate will have both the experience and
willingness to support other PeopleSoft applications including Financials
and EPM. Typically, this support will require coordination with internal
Barclays technical and business resources to resolve product issues, and
regular communication to management on the status of issues. Additionally,
this person may be called upon to help with the configuration and set-up of
new Peoplesoft modules.


Knowledge of *Talent Acquisition Module (TAM) is essential.*

*Peoplesoft HRMS Developer who has the following: *



·        Strong development skills including requirements gathering, design,
test case creation and execution.

·        Experience with all aspects of *PeopleSoft development including
Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, Application Engine and Crystal
Reports.*

·        The ability to develop partnerships with business and technology
colleagues as well as external vendors
Knowledge of* PeopleSoft Architecture (Application server, Web server and
Process scheduler)*

·        An understanding of the Application Messaging and Integration
Broker tools.

·        Migration experience (Migrating PeopleSoft objects from one
environment to other environments)

·        Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work
effectively within a development team and with business users

·        2+ years experience using SQL based query and reporting tools,
ideally accessing an Oracle RDBMS

·        Strong project planning experience



*Other Responsibilities:*

·        Performs other work related duties as assigned.

·        Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, and Competencies:

·        5+ years of relevant PeopleSoft HRMS development experience.

·        Experience with other PeopleSoft modules (especially Financials) a
plus.

·        Familiarity with banking requirements for IT preferred.

·        Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic
environment.

·        Excellent oral and written communications skills.

·        Strong interpersonal skills

·        Ability to display strong sense of urgency

·        Strong project management and process engineering skills
