*Skills Required: *
· JCAP 5.x clear understanding. Ability to communicate
concepts on a technical level. Minimum of five years experience either as a
developer, or a field engineer.
· Understands and have worked in a matrix managed environment.
· Worked for a managed service facility.
· Great customer experience. Never uses the phrase "I think". Always
finds out the answer even if it's not him. Sets expectations clearly. ·
Presents well, never carries oneself in a position that would reflect
poorly on Sun.
· Oracle support will not be their primary responsibility, but this
person will not be successful unless they have a "working" knowledge of
Oracle technologies & how to use them effectively in a JCAPS deployment.
· Basic understanding of Solaris-10, T2000, HA / Cluster, Disk Array
3320.
· Must have excellent understanding of Sun Cluster 3.2.
· Third party products IBM MQ and Oracle 11i database.
· Very good communications
5 to 7 years experience in a consulting background; with the bulk of that
experience deploying, or supporting JCAPS, Solaris & Oracle.
