Tasks:
Ensure NOC CMDB is updated when a Change is implemented for servers,
applications, SCADAs and RICI devices.
NOC CMDB for servers
Manage CI access controls in BladeLogic
Agree on server CI naming conventions to be uniquely identified
Ensure BladeLogic assets are in sync with the OVO Collector and NOC CMDB
Perform server configuration audits and initiate any necessary corrective
action
Skills:
1) Prior Experience as NOC Configuration Manager Expert Required
2) UNIX System Admin Expert Required
3) Windows 2003 Server/Client Admin Expert Required
4) NOC Tier 3 Support Experience Expert Required
5) HP Open View NNM Expert Required
6) HP Openview OVO Expert Required
