This resource will also be required to provide 24x7 technical DBA support across the program. Analyst /apply Oracle patches as required. Effectively provided backup/restore functions for the Oracle application Database. Overall responsibility to carry-out capacity planning and pro-active monitoring of the database commands. *Candidate must be proficient in using (ORA) Oracle Real Application Cluster . *Top skills required: 1. Oracle RAC experience a must 2. Oracle Real Application Cluster experience a must 3. Oracle Applications DBA with 11.5.10+ experience on AIX Unix. 4. Have performed Oracle Application Upgrades 5. Worked in an AIX environment 6. Proficient in analyzing/applying patches, cloning, and troubleshooting with the Oracle Application and Database. Required: Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Positive attitude, strong mentoring skills, flexible. Able to multitask and work across many teams. May be required to work after hours and weekends. Able to document and articulate tasks performed. Must be able to work onsite. Must be able to multi-task across the program.
