Will need Oracle and/or Teradata experience. Create and maintain database objects required for the data warehouse application, including: tables, indexes, stored procedures, triggers, SQL scripts, views, etc. Design, develop, test and support Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes necessary to load and validate data warehouse. UNIX shell scripting is required. Brio Ad Hoc query tool, Erwin data modeling tool, Informatica, and Autosys batch job scheduler. *Telecom / ISP industry background would also be a plus for this position.** * *Assignment Description:*** Able to architect, design, and implement Data Warehouse OLAP applications for specific business problems/systems. Develop and tune database objects such as: stored procedures, indexes, triggers, views, partitions, etc. to support application's database and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) requirements. Actual Oracle and Teradata database development experience required, although Teradata training will be provided. * * ** Job is 70% Technical/ 30% Functional.
