Demonstrated ability to develop solutions using an iterative, time boxed approach in a global environment. 5. Experience working with bolt-on packages and/or extensive custom development. 6. 12+ years of IS design and development experience 7. 12+ years of intensive SAP R/3 MM/SD (Sales, Purchasing and Inventory Management) project experience 8. 3+ years of custom extension/design/development experience 9. 2+ years of data harmonization across multiple source systems on various versions of SAP R/3 10. 2+ years of SAP TSW development 11. 2+ years of SAP production support experience 12. 2+ years of MM enhancement development experience - must have broad background of logistics projects 13. Must have led/worked on at least 2 SAP R/3 projects 14. 7+ years of ABAP 15. 5+ years of IS-Oil 16. Must have global project experience working in a global SAP environment 17.
