Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
7 Experience developing web applications using object oriented
analysis, design, and programming with ColdFusion.
7 Experience and an understanding of coding methods and best practices.
7 Experience developing test cases and test plans.
7 Experience collaborating with developers, programmers, and designers
in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and
applications.
7 Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
6 Experience developing SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers
using Microsoft SQL Server 2005. This includes experience with select,
insert, update, and delete
queries.
6 Experience working in a networked, multi-tiered architecture with
Novell Netware, Apache Tomcat, Windows XP Pro, and Windows Server
2003.
5 Experience developing XML data extraction and transfer programs.
5 Experience developing custom forms with Adobe PDFs and Adobe
Acrobat Professional.
Strong Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented,
collaborative environment.

5 Developing grant management system software.
