Ability to debug / develop VB.Net, C#.Net, ASP.Net (.Net
Framework 1.1 /2.0)
Ability to debug / develop VB6/ASP code
*Databases :*
SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 (2005 is preferable but not required)
Ability to debug / develop / performance tune stored procedures, complex
SQL queries etc.
*Web :*
HTML, Javascript, AJAX, CSS
*Source Control :*
Microsoft Team Foundation Server + Microsoft Visual Source Safe
*Build & Deployment :*
Microsoft Team Foundation Server -Team build (Preferable but not neccessary)
*Other skills :*
- Experience with Web Services
- Experience with Windows Services, MSMQ
- Experience with DB2 (preferable but not neccessary)
- Experience with Server configuration, deployment and maintenance on
Windows Server 2003 with IIS6, IIS5
*Personal Skills :*
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to speak to business analysts, and convert business requirements
to Technical requirements - and then design / suggest the proper
architecture for that problem
- Be able to troubleshoot, and come up with solutions in a very timely
manner.
