Our goal is to effectively respond to the technology needs of the Single-Family Business and lead the development of the next generation of technology platforms. There are six primary groups that make up SFT: § Automated Underwriting Technology § Committing, Acquisition, and Delivery Systems § Servicer and Investor Reporting Systems § Credit Loss Management Systems § Single-Family Technology Planning § Single-Family Technology Business Management *Credit Loss Management and Credit Risk Management* Both these areas are made up of a cluster of business applications that are used to manage Fannie Mae's credit losses. The goal of these applications is to closely manage loans that are distressed (delinquent or foreclosed) and to proactively detect loans that may have been fraudulently originated. The goal of the Credit Risk and Credit Loss applications is reduce credit losses and ultimately improve Fannie Mae's bottom line. *About the Position:* This position will be responsible for working on Single Family REO Tax functionality.
