An individual whom would fulfill the requirements of this position would have advanced technical skills in the LBI product suite (including Reporting Services, Framework services, Smart Notification) in order to support the reporting needs of Accounting Services. This individual should have the ability to propose, design and build reporting solutions within the LBI application, including development of reports, scheduled processes and events. This individual should have the ability to work with minimal supervision, effectively troubleshooting problems across multi-platform solutions. ** *Qualifications Standards:* ** 1. Experience with supporting LBI application, including building, publishing, and scheduling reports with Reporting Services. Building and deploying dashboards with Framework Services. In addition, creating data triggered notifications with Smart Notification. 2. Experience with supporting and maintaining the LBI environment in a 24x7 environment; could also include support for the Lawson Financials environment. 3. Good understanding of financial concepts to be applied to reporting applications. 4. Candidate will provide technical mentoring of associates at all levels. 5. Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems across multi-platforms. 6. Performing technical reviews with other Technical Analysts / Engineers. 7. Performing functional reviews with financial clients/accounting services. 8. Recommending, evaluating, implementing and championing changes in processes and procedures in order to improve the work environment or to reduce costs. 9. Excellent written and verbal skills. 10.
