*DURATION: 6 months +* *LOCATION:** **Marlton, NJ* *General Responsibilities* Design, develop, enhance and provide ongoing support for CRM systems. Lead effort to setup Siebel Marketing to handle automated email campaigns that utilize information within Siebel to personalize messaging. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on technical development and approach. Lead system administration efforts and work with other groups within IT to troubleshoot issues and maintain CRM systems. *Duties include:* - Experience in setting up and automating trigger based email campaigns - Design and develop the software components that drive CRM systems including Siebel Application. - Work across teams to lead efforts in Siebel System Administration, managing Repositories, LDAP authentication and application server and database management. - Develop, enhance and support specific mission-critical Siebel Business Services. - Mentors programmers in the team and maintain a positive work environment as well as continually review the software development process and identify areas that need improvement. - Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements. - Provides 7x24 production support. *Skill Requirements* * * - Strong experience evaluating/developing complex Siebel Business Services and e-Scripts. - Proficient in Siebel configuration and deep understanding of methods to develop via configuration rather than scripting. - Familiarity with inbound and outbound Siebel Web services and workflows a plus. - Experience with Siebel 8.1. - Experience with Oracle database programming background, including data modeling skills and PL/SQL design. - Familiarity with UNIX systems background, including system security model, systems administration, and advanced scripting skills to provide basic troubleshooting assistance to infrastructure disciplines. - Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to find solutions for business requirements. - Has the experience and technical skills necessary to participate in the development and maintenance of business systems using a systems methodology - Strong leadership and project management skills - Develop plans and provide estimates and resource recommendations - Logical approach to the solution of problems. - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Willing to continue to learn as technology changes * * *Preferable* · Business experience with marketing and lead generation · Experience with Siebel Marketing modules / functionality · Experience with Siebel OBIEE version 10G or higher Thanks and Regards, Amit Kumar Technical Recruiter Phone: +1 773-782-6096 Email Id: [email protected] Website: www.usnetmetrics.com * * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
