Short Description: Need for metrics and analysis of defects in PLS to better understand trends and areas of opportunities for improvement. Complete Description: Quality Assurance Analyst to perform defect metrics and statistical analysis, as well as other SQA metrics reports. Should have adequate facilitation skills to drive improvements. QC and Six Sigma knowledge a plus. Will perform statistical analysis, drive quality improvements and measures, monitor and analyzes production quality trends within PLS. Assure process compliance, and will provides insight to App Owners & SQA Leaders on trends and quality indicators. Will perform monthly reporting. *The Quality Assurance Analyst:* -drives quality improvements in the Business Solution Area (BSA) -measures, monitors, and analyzes production quality trends within the BSA -measures and monitors whether all BSA processes (through plan, build and run) are executed as prescribed -provides insight to BSA leaders, application owners, process owners, and business partners on trends and indicators of quality. With full competency, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies complex information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system log difficulties as necessary. Guides and advises less-experienced analysts .
