Please send me the available profiles for the below mentioned position Job Title: SalesForce Consultant Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6-12 Months Rate: Open * * *Job Description: * Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for this role, however candidates with commensurate experience will be considered. *Skills:* *Position Description:* Contractor will be responsible for converting business requirements to system configuration requirements, configuring SalesForce, including workflow, approvals, validation and reporting. *Requirements:* SalesForce experience required in unlimited version. SalesForce certification preferred. *Position Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. Senior Level knowledge and experience with ERP financial application package software such as PEOPLESOFT or ORACLE. Provides direction in the development and maintenance of application programs as well as participates in various phases of the development cycle. Ensures development adheres to performance optimization, interoperability standards and requirements, and compliance with IT governance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides high level of ERP financial application package software technical expertise and direction to projects while still maintaining hands on independent individual contributor role. Provides detailed technical program specifications and leads testing of design and code for the most complex application program development, generates requirements and analysis/design documentation for all project work, and develops technical plan for interface with new systems to ensure compliance with IT governance. Meets applicable project schedules while ensuring overall application system integrity. Leads/mentors less experienced staff or projects. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methodology, Middleware application development (such as WebSphere, MQ) and demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills. Ability to generate requirements and documentation for solutions and proficient in generating test data to debug most complex programs within integrated business applications across a variety of environments.
