Please send me the available profiles for the below mentioned position Job Title: Sr. .Net Developer Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 6-12 Months Rate: Open * * *Job Description: * *Responsibilities: * - Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle - Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities. - Responsibilities include systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces. - Communication - Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modeling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels - Collaborate with designers and analysts to implement enhancements or new applications - Develop code to meet story acceptance criteria - Participate in design and code reviews to ensure compliance with standards - Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance criteria - Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives - Maintain records to document program development and revisions - Documents design decisions, adheres to existing process guidelines, develops software components, supports QA during testing, and has oversight during implementation into production. - Participate in coding and other development activities for delivering complex projects. *Basic Qualifications:* At least 5 Years’ experience in Application development (.NET ., C#, SQL) Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery WCF/ASMX/REST services experience. Excellent communication skills. Highly analytical and logical to analyse complex business requirements and come up with a solid technical solution. *Preferred Qualifications:* Previous Financial Services industry experience. 2 Year experience as Senior Developer on IT Projects.
