Please send me the available profiles for the below mentioned position Job Title: Business System Analyst/VBA Analyst Location: Tigard, OR Duration: 12 Months * * *Job Description: * The Business Systems Specialist is a crucial role in supporting the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery of hardware and software in an Infrastructure environment. The BSS is responsible for representing the IT Infrastructure Team and partnering with internal customers to clearly identify and document requirements for technology solutions; and build/test/maintain them. This role will build and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels of the organization, serving as a primary contact-point to engage assigned IT Infrastructure Teams for solution analysis services. Additional responsibilities are issue resolution, system documentation, reporting, support, risk/impact assessment. This role requires high level of understanding of databases, application systems/servers, and how they are integrated with each other and operational processes and business artifacts. - Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs - Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business requirements, Functional requirements, and Use Cases - Provide experience and assistance in reviewing, analysing and providing solutions for modification of systems to achieve goals - Build and maintain solutions, and provide support. - Identify and resolve risks/issues. Provide risk/impact/LOE assessment. *Qualifications * *Basic Qualifications:* - Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university - 2+ years’ Experience (Data and Systems analysis, Programming) - At least years of technical experience - At least 2 years of experience with any high level programming language - Extended experience with Excel macro automation and VBA - MUST HAVE *Preferred Qualifications:* - 5+ years Financial Services experience - Excellent communication skills - Served as ¿lead¿ BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Significant experience in industry (+ years) - Experience creating and maintaining relationships with internal customers - Ability to effectively translate between business and technical language - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment - Experience in writing documentation to describe custom configuration of applications and operating procedures - Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of technical systems - Strong programming / testing skills with a proven track of experience - Solid understanding of databases and experience with building database applications with user interface - Strong SQL skills - Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals Thanks & Regards * * *Kumar* Pyramid Consulting, Inc.
