JOB DESCRIPTION :: Infrastructure Project Manager Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. *Job Summary:* The person brought on board for the position of Infrastructure Project Manager will primarily be responsible for managing the technology and infrastructure components within complex projects. This position may include up to 70% national travel - based on where the projects are located. *Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* * Simultaneously manage multiple large, complex infrastructure projects * Apply project management standards, processes, deliverables and tools to technology and infrastructure aspects of projects * Support the methodology and PMO governance processes within the Technology and Infrastructure organization * Effectively manage issues and risks and escalate appropriately * Support and maintain effective cross-functional project operating rhythms *Basic Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, Management or related field * 5+ years experience in working with cross-functional teams * 7+ years infrastructure project management with experience in servers, data, network and security * Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets/resources, timelines and deliverables *Preferred Qualifications:* * Project Management Certification- i.e., PMI, PMP, etc. * Experience working with governmental agencies and entities technology or other regulated businesses * Understands how to work in an matrixed environment cross-functionally * Ability to solicit and clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies and escalate appropriately * Ability to influence without authority * Ability to build teams and establish a teamwork environment * ITIL Certification *Thanks & Best regards* * Rao* * Oberon IT, Inc.* 1300 W.
