*The following items are Work Product deliverables resulting from the
Services to be provided under this SOW:*
1. Work with other RPC team members to identify test environments
(including multiple SGSN/MME platforms and multiple MME/SGSN SW releases)
2. Develop end to end validation plan and identify high-level
deliverables, stakeholders, timelines, as well as detailed requirements to
finalize established certification plan
3. Collaborate and drive the SGSN/MME vendors as well as owners for
other elements throughout the certification
4. Develop detailed test cases for DNS logic validation on MME/SGSN
during the attachment procedure and during the PDP activation procedure for
home users, Automotive VoLTE users and Aio users
5. Import test cases and steps in Quality Center and maintain the
test cases and results up to date
6. Host and lead project calls specific to certification
7. Provide detailed daily reports regarding certification progress
8. Provide detailed weekly test reports
9. Document all test results. Details should include: methodology
employed, tools, platforms validated and their capabilities, etc.
10. Develop a lab certification document that describes all aspect of
the test environment, including details regarding ancillary nodes, platform
capabilities and KPIs, equipment design and location, detailed
connectivity, protocols.
*Qualifications:*
The preferred candidate should qualify the following requirements:
1. 5+ years experience in Wireless Communications Industry
2. 5+ years experience in UMTS network design, certification and
deployments
3. 3+ years experience in LTE network design, certification and
deployments
4. 3+ years experience in DNS design and record development for
UMTS and LTE networks
5. 3+ years experience in SGSN and MME testing and integration
6. Bachelor's degree or above
7. Good knowledge on GPRS packet call flows
8. Good knowledge on EPS packet call flows
9. Good knowledge on DNS procedures used by SGSN and MME
10. Good knowledge on DNS "A" records, NAPTR records and S-NAPTR
procedure
11. Good knowledge on S/PGW selection logics and criteria by SGSN/MME
12. Good knowledge on UMTS Packet Core roaming architecture
13. Good knowledge on EPS Packet Core roaming architecture
14. Good knowledge on how S/PGW selection is done by SGSN/MME for
roaming cases
15. Good knowledge on GTPv2 protocol, messages, procedures and coding
16. Excellent communications skill
17. Ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and
member
18. Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
19. Have a good negotiation skill
20. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill
21. Be able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word for documentation
22. Be able to use trace tools to provide call trace logs for each
test case and be able to read, analysis and understand the PCAP traces
