The Lynx Interface Support team is responsible for maintaining, supporting
and implementing the Lynx Technologies Interfaces with the Implementation
Team and supporting customers with interface issues. This includes
development and support of Practice Management \ EHR \ EMR \ Lab
interfaces. The goals of this position are to provide a high level of
customer satisfaction, and to implement as many of the Lynx products with
as many customers as possible with a focus on iKnowMed and iKM G2
interfaces including the ICD-9 to ICD-10 transition.



*Skills:*

Customer Support (strong); troubleshooting skills (expert); communication
and interpersonal skills (strong); team player; knowledge of: Win 7 OS,
internet browsers (advanced), PC hardware, networks - LAN and WAN
environments, SQL, web services, XML, HL7 messaging; and ICD-9 and ICD-10
is a plus.
