*Duties:*
· This position accountable for effectively testing various
applications as part of Amysis suite of applications to ensure that claim
adjudication applies benefits according to the benefit plan and
correspondence to provider and members meets all guidelines.
· This position is also responsible for the recording test
execution, defect reporting regression and defect verification.
· This position is also accountable for special projects and
workflow and as required to be tested.
*Skills:*
· Experience with testing Payer system configuration with: Amisys,
Monument, TOPPS, Facets, QNXT, CSC, HealthRules, XCelys; TOAD, SQL, Claim
Test Pro, Excel, Access
· Good understanding of EDI transaction like 834, 837, 820.
· Experience with writing test plans, creating test cases, writing
and executing test scripts and identifying, documenting and tracking
application defects is required.
· Thorough knowledge of the configuration and functionality of the
AMISYS benefit subsystem.
· Thorough knowledge of the configuration and functionality of the
AMISYS benefit subsystem.
· Ability to interpret Summary Plan Descriptions for self-funded
and fully insured groups.
· Ability to develop and implement effective solutions for complex
and large scale configuration enhancements.
· Strong analytical and research skills including the ability to
analyze a problem and develop a solution.
· The Specialist has strong skills and experience in developing
test cases, in the use of HP's Quality Center/ Clear quest or any popular
test and defect management tool, and understands how to play a focal role
in updating tests, test plans, and defects in the Quality Center/ Clear
Quest or popular test and defect management tool
· Good communication skills as well as strong written skills are a
must.
· Candidates should have a strong quality control experience and a
background in health care testing experience preferable HIX.
· HC Payer domain, test case execution experience
· Exposure of testing web services using automation tool Soap UI
/Soap UI Pro
· Exposure to One of the popular functional automation tool.
· Exposure to RFT+/QTP functional automation tool
· Benefit Configuration Testing
· Testing EDI Transactions like 834, 837, 820 etc.
· Creating Test cases
· Capturing test results and reporting
