a 8+ months contract assignment and it is through one of my prefer vendor.

Duration:- 8+ Months Contract
*Required Skills*:
· Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment,
balancing business needs with a solid commitment to development excellence
· A thorough understanding of *PHP* and experience with *PHP
framework like Yii or Zend*
· A thorough understanding of MySQL and proficiency in writing SQL
queries
· Strong Experience in web development using JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, CSS
· Knowledge of *CMS platforms* and frameworks like *Expression
Engine*, Drupal, Wordpress, and Joomla.
· Experience developing scalable applications
*Nice-to-have Skills*:
· Experience using Distributed *Version Control Systems* (git,
bazaar, svn, cvs, mercurial, etc.)
· Ability to do own Unit Testing
· Leadership experience and skills to guide others is also needed
· Familiarity with application security and healthcare related
applications
· Knowledge and experience in applying industry standard Design
Patterns for web application development
· Proficient in OO Design and Programming
· Good understanding of the various stages of an application
lifecycle
· Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening,
analytical and problem solving skills
· Agile methodology experience is a plus
