Please take a look at the job description below and send resumes to Interview Mode: Phone interview and then face to face in Boston, MA. *Position Summary:* Our client is seeking an experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Testing Lead, QA, and Testing Management. The Commonwealth is upgrading their PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 SP1 system to version 9.2, along with PeopleTools from 8.5.1 to 8.5.3. Individuals should possess test management and “lead” experience with large organizations preferably public sector, which have implemented and/or upgraded large ERP packaged software systems. *Responsibilities:* · “Lead” role for testing activities related to the PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 upgrade · Manage the entire testing effort from unit testing, system testing, integration testing, UAT testing, and simulated production testing · Manage the testing team and provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to team members · Work with end users and project team to clarify end user requirements and business requirements as they relate to testing · Develop the testing strategy, work plan, resource requirements, and project schedule for the testing effort · Assist PMO in reporting testing results, status and exceptions to management · Identify opportunities to minimize project risks and escalate as appropriate *Required Skills / Experience (5 years mandatory minimum experience):* · Lead the development, preparation and execution of the testing strategy and plan, test approach, test schedule and test processes · Lead the development and implementation of a testing methodology for the project team to follow · Lead the development of test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and test data to be used · Establish a traceability methodology to tie testing efforts back to specific business requirements and customizations · Develop and implement testing procedures to be used by the testing team members including test scripts, execution, defect tracking, defect fixes, and regression testing.
