The candidate will be expected to troubleshoot issues on the Microsoft Windows server platform and have advanced knowledge of Citrix XenApp application virtualization. They will troubleshoot production incidents, providing corrective actions and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a large enterprise environment deemed mission critical and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. The candidate will help manage the migration project from Citrix XenApp 4.5 to 6.5, which covers updating Citrix infrastructure and business applications as needed. Experience with XenApp policies and EdgeSight for XenApp is necessary.
