Job Description:



*Application Production Support with Weblogic and UNIX:*


* Performs status reporting and issue resolution.
* Reports Project status to Project Manager.
* Escalates technical and/or Project issues to Project Manager.
* Coordinates the offshore Supplier Personnel.
* Performs production monitoring and maintenance.
* Provides on-call production support.
* Conducts client inquiries and investigations.
* Ensure Project is executed in compliance with the SLAs and AT&T processes.
* Participates in providing Services to be performed under the associated
Order.
* Installs, configures, troubleshoots, monitors, maintains and upgrades
software.
* Helps stabilize new products to Production.
* Works with stakeholders and partner teams to understand business
requirements; Participates in and drives discussions on production
architecture and support processes.
* Works closely with Development and Test organizations to deploy upgrades
or enhancements and troubleshoot any defects.
* Performs application monitoring and response, problem
management/resolution, change management for a 24*7 suite of applications.
* Performs deployment of code, scheduling, tuning and configuration of
application and infrastructure components
* Provides support for business projects, product launches and release
management.
* Supports and assists enterprise class customers for production issues.
Gathers information independently, carries out necessary research and
analysis to resolve production issues



Technical Skills:

*WEBLOGIC, UNIX and Tuxedo is plus advantage. *



*Shortlisted candidates needs to be get on boarded within 2 weeks.*
