QUALIFICATIONS • 2-3 years project management principles and methodologies obtained by assisting/coordinating mid-scale projects. • 2-3 years’ experience assisting projects from 500 - 500,000 Hours. • Experience assisting Projects with a 1 to 2 year lifespan. PREFERRED SKILLS • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • CAPM certification. • Experience working with CSAA Insurance a plus. • Exposure to CSAA IG SDLC and project methodology a plus. • Experience supporting Contact Center or IT Infrastructure related projects a plus. • Understands the core project management tools and has proven ability to understand standard business documentation. • Expert knowledge of MS Project. • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Access, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook. • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
