Role:
Will perform automated testing and functional manual testing. Will write
and maintain test scripts/cases, make sure test results are correct, enter
defects, etc.
Required Skills:
1. Extensive experience with automated test tools. Ability to create,
run and maintain test automation scripts.
2. Extensive experience in Manual testing.
3. Experience testing Web Applications, Database and Services Testing
4. Highly skilled individuals with the ability to design automation
frameworks, lead automation and work with Test Lead to determine
what should be automated and what test data needs to be set up.
5. Strong/Senior QA application and system testing experience
- including testing automation for regression testing
- extensive understanding of Application, System, End to End Testing
- extensive experience in documenting QA defined deliverables e.g.
Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test cases
- strong knowledge of QA Best Practices and testing methodologies
- strong Knowledge of SDLC and Quality Assurance Best Practices
- strong testing estimation skills
- strong understanding of dependencies within an IT organization
6. Strong abilities creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
7. Strong Debugging/analysis skills
8. Methodical research skills
9. Independent, self-starter with good work ethic and initiative
10. Accuracy is important
11. Team player who works well with others 12. Excellent communication &
documentation skills 13. Quick learner 14. Strong testing estimation
skills
