This is a long term contract but they must have min 8-10 years of experience. *Summary* · Assist the Lead Business Analyst and/or other senior team members with the solutions planning process throughout the development lifecycle · Participate with IS, business and cross-competency teams completing tasks related to business solution planning, business case development as well as the documentation and management of customer requirements throughout the development lifecycle. *This includes requirements definition, requirements analysis, process analysis, requirements change management, use case and business process modeling* · Responsible for ensuring the requirements are comprehensive, clear, testable, well documented and maintained · Supports the Test effort validating requirements test coverage in Test Strategies, Plans and Scenarios · Works collaboratively with business representatives, Project Management and varied IS teams to develop and implement the specific technology and architecture necessary to deliver business solutions *PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE:* · 3 – 5 years of successful business analysis or project management experience including writing business requirements · 3 – 5 years experience in the software development methodology lifecycle, including business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation · 1 to 3 years experience developing use cases using a software development methodology · Experience working in a data warehouse environment is a plus · Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio) · Pharmacy or Healthcare knowledge highly-desirable *REQUIRED SKILLS:* · Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information · Listening skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say · Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, assess risk, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements · Reasoning and decision-making skills, to determine and recommend solution alternatives that satisfy requirements while also meeting aggressive schedules and budgets · Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Visio) · Ability to function in a fast-paced environment · Previous “business intelligence” experience as well as micro strategy experience *Amit* * Sr. Recruitment Manager* *Zenith tech Solutions* * Desk: **518-621-004* <518-621-0048>*6* * Fax: **518-244-4977* <518-244-4977> * 3 park Hill* *Albany, NY 12204* *am...@zenithtechsolutions.com* <am...@zenithtechsolutions.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
