Job Title: Oracle Exalogic System Administrator Location: Phoenix, Arizona (*Local candidates only)* Duration: 1 year on going Employment Type: Corp-Corp Direct Client requirements Candidate will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to the Exalogic Environment. This platform will run many business critical Enterprise Applications including Customer Care and Billing. This function will have principal responsibility for ensuring a secure and reliable storage and operating system environment. · CC&B Functional Architect leads in the analysis, configuration, testing, development, and release of new configuration. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and at least ten years’ experience in systems architecture and development methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work experiences. · Minimum 6 years’ experience in Exalogic Server Administration. · Minimum 6 years’ experience in configuring and administering OEM for monitoring various components · Minimum 6 years’ experience in configuring Exalogic Server with Exadata Server and knowledge of Infinite band network connectivity · Minimum 6 years’ experience in configuring and using ILOM · Prior experience in Data Center activities is a plus Duties/Responsibilities: · Create new configuration and/or functionality to improve business processes. · Perform system administration activities with respect to Exalogic Server Administration. · Work closely with Oracle GSC support for keeping the Exalogic Server current with Oracle QDPF, BP/PSU/ESS patches, etc. · Perform OS Administration (Linux or Solaris) activities – Configuring users, creating and maintain file systems, backup, creating new virtual application environments, etc., · Experience in configuring and administering OEM for monitoring various components · Experience in configuring Exalogic Server with Exadata Server and knowledge of Infiniband network connectivity · Experience in configuring and using ILOM · ZFS Storage Administration, and reconfiguring the disk group sizes on client requirements · Preparing the reports of Cell nodes CPU/mem/IO consumption through OEM and Monitoring the resource consumption for capacity planning · Installing, configuring and Weblogic Server on Exalogic servers · Weblogic cluster configuration and administration experience Must pass drug and background checks Thanks for taking your valuable time in reading my email.
