Experience in creating a web application from scratch. * Roles & Responsibilities:-* • Responsible for onsite coordination • Coordinate with offshore technical team members for issue resolution and application enhancements • Involvement in client discussions on status updates, Sprint Planning Meeting, Bug Triage • Functional requirement gathering for planned user stories or enhancements and perform GAP analysis. • Key involvement in estimation of User stories or enhancements • Key involvement in System component design and implementation • Involvement in User Demos, Conference Room Pilot sessions, System integration and User Acceptance phases • Prepare Knowledge Transition package for inducting trainees in the project • Evaluate and implement new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives.
